We are looking for a skilled and experienced Program Manager with a track record of success in solutions migrating on premise and legacy systems to the cloud.
Proven track record with Enterprise scale Program management, planning, scheduling, tracking/monitoring, resource allocation, budgeting, issue/risk managementWork in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet expectations and deadlinesWork with cloud migration team and other cross functional team resources to define and identify key metrics for success of the program, identify all deliverables and associated tasks and dependencies required to complete those deliverables. Cross functional resources include representatives and stakeholders from Sales, Product Management, R&D, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Partner and Technology AlliancesEstablish on-going cadence and ensure appropriate communication across the entire project team and stakeholdersEvaluate and summarize weekly reports for management, identifying successful completion of milestones and deliverables, change management process, and any problems or issues and any follow-up action required.Displays mature judgment regarding how and when to escalate customer or internal issues. Listens effectively to team members and clients both for fact-finding purposes and to ensure those constituencies feel heard and understoodApplies critical thinking to select the best way forward and focused on delivering impactful resultsUtilize standard project management methodologies in driving highly effective, predictable, and repeatable processesIdentify innovative ways to drive on-going cloud migrations with a focus on automation.Track project financials including total number of customers migrated and Total cloud ACV migrated from on-prem to Cloud.Assist sales team in driving cloud migration opportunities and build a strong pipeline to meet organization objectives and key resultsAble to build and manage relationships across multiple cross functional groups within Talend as well as with the customers
What we are looking for:
Impeccable verbal, presentation, written comprehension and communication skillsMust have 8+ years of strong hands-on program and project management experience in large Enterprise Data Integration, Big Data Management, Data warehouse, on-prem to cloud migration or other large data analytics environmentMust have prior program management experience with at least two end to end migration of on-premise applications/systems to cloud platforms or implementing new solutions in cloud platformAble to understand complex environments involving multiple products and TechnologyKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and native cloud technologies Familiarity and some experience with cloud migration methodologies, cloud native DevOps, containers and serverless functionsMust be a quick learner. Should be able to rapidly ramp up on Talend on-prem and Talend Cloud Platforms and core product capabilitiesSkilled with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project. Preferable to have prior knowledge with SaaS applications like Salesforce.com and GainsightAbility to thrive in a complex environment consisting of geographically dispersed and highly matrixed teamsAbility to work effectively, independently as well as in large groupsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
