The Personalization team makes deciding what to play next easier and more enjoyable for every listener. From Daily Mix to Discover Weekly, we’re behind some of Spotify’s most-loved features. We’re looking for a quality and testing focused full-stack engineer to join our Personalization team in Stockholm. The team is building a new content tooling platform, which is hosting tools to improve the content discovery and experience for our end users, i.e. internal music editors and content programmers all around the world.
We have lots of fun challenges in the pipeline, including creating a responsive, coherent and easy-to-use interface, but we are also heavily focusing on the developer experience for all internal teams building tools for the platform. We are looking for someone to help us build the best platform possible - maybe it is you?
What you’ll do
Collaborate and pair program in a cross-functional team, where the core work is done using frontend technologies but full-stack work should be expected.Help develop our platform, with a strong focus on making it performant and of high quality for our users.Take the lead, coach and be hands-on in creating and structuring the quality infrastructure for the team.Mentor developers on the quality work, for instance how to achieve high-quality test cases.Work in a fun and playful environment that supports your individual growth and makes sure your experience is listened to.
