  • Build and maintain the infrastructure required for extraction, transformation and loading of data from multiple data sources using in-house as well as SaaS technologies
  • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependencies and model management
  • Responsible for the first layer of the data modeling in the BI framework
  • Manage and maintain the connections between different data consuming tools and the data warehouse
  • Create and maintain tools to monitor data quality and integrity in the data warehouse
  • Perform periodic health checks and audits on all databases, ETLs, ELTs and data consumption connections
  • Fully utilize the infrastructural features of our virtual data warehouse to optimize operations and maximize data security and reliability
  • Assist, when needed, with the creation of large data sets for ad-hoc analysis
  • Requirements:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a data engineering role,building and maintaining automated data pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with commercial ETL/ELT tools (e.g. Workato, SnapLogic, Fivetran, or Mulesoft)
  • Working proficiency in at least one general purpose scripting or programming language that can interact with APIs and process data. Python is preferred.
  • Experience in data modeling, data visualization, and pipeline design and development
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with relational as well as non-relation databases
  • Proven positive results in manipulating, processing and extracting valuable information from large disconnected data sets
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing system (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, RedShift)
  • Experience interacting with APIs, utilizing SDKs, and other tools utilized for data scraping and wrangling
