As a Business Analyst, you will help inform and transform company-wide Customer Experience (CX) strategy by making data central to decision making. Company decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels should have the ability to access and understand the information provided by customer experience data to gain insights and efficiently take action to enhance the end-to-end CX.
Responsibilities
  • You will be working closely with Managers around the globe to improve our existing business and operational processes. Below are examples of tasks you will perform on a typical day: 
  • Deliver data reporting and visualization
  • Understanding issues/pain points and analyzing insights from data captured
  • Recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders
  • Supporting the process of execution Track the financial benefits (eg. ROI, operational cost, revenue)
  • What you will need:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, engineering, statistics, data science, business administration or a related degree program
  • No more than 1 year of working experience in data analytics in any industry
  • Expert Excel user: able to understand and build complex spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, R or VBA and visualization software such as Tableau. (Desirable but not mandatory)Fluent in English both spoken and written – additional languages are a plus
  • Able and willing to share your opinion and propose ideas to improve operations based on data and have an impact on the customer experience
  • Able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
  • Attentive to detail and committed to data integrity
  • Aware of the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
