Main Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: deploy and manage local driver, customer service and sales operations based on Lalamove standards. Implement local and global initiatives and SOPs
  • Partnership Management: execution of regional and local partnerships to ensure consistent business user base growth at City level 
  • Sales Management: oversee and drive local sales to acquire and retain business users
  • Driving Performance: prioritize and optimize team activities to achieve consistent success in meeting KPIs 
  • Knowledge Sharing: actively participate in the sharing of best practices to your peers, management and employees 
  • Leadership: Build and lead a strong team of local talent to run city operations

  • Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years work experience, ideally gained in the O2O / E Commerce industry.
  • Strong experience in operations management
  • Fluent in English
